Bruce Lehrmann expresses outrage at Brittany Higgins case media coverage - Eureka Free Press

The first time Bruce Lehrmann has spoken in court following rape charges against him, he said he was “outraged” and “upset” by interviews with Brittany Higgins.

Lisa Wilkinson, a presenter for Network Ten, and Samantha Maiden, the political editor of news.com.au, as well as their respective media organisations, are being sued by Mr. Lehrmann for their coverage of the rape allegations.

When the claims of rape were originally made public, he said he intended to confront the media head-on but had been advised to hold out until any pending criminal trials or processes were over.
